We Offer Free Pre-Build Consultation
We strive to make the building process as simple and enjoyable for our clients as possible. Our Free Consultation allows us to better understand your needs at no cost to you.
1. Initial Consultation & Land Surveys
We will meet with you either in person or over a virtual call. We will discuss your needs to understand your goals. If you have already acquired land, after the meeting, we will survey it so our architects can get to work right away.
2. Project Estimate & Pricing
We will give you a detailed estimate of what your building with cost. You can make any modifications to suit your taste. We will also give you a payment instalment plan. You have the flexibility to decide how quickly you want the project to start and finish.
3. Build Commences
Once you are happy with the prices and payment plan, we will exchange contracts. Building will now commence. We keep you updated at every stage of the build process. You will make payments in your instalment plan as each build stage is completed.
4. Project Handover
Once the build is complete, we will ask you to come in for a tour of your new home. We will hand over the keys to your new home, with a 12 month warranty so that you have piece of mind if there are any issues. You can now enjoy your new home.
